Cream Cheese Brownies
A delicious fudgy brownie swirled with cheese cake and topped with chocolate chips!
Ingredients
Brownies
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/t tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Brownie Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- In a small pan, melt butter, sugar and chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool ten minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix eggs. Slowly pour chocolate mixture into eggs.
- Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
Cream Cheese Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Final Touches
- Grease a 9×9 glass pan and pour in brownie mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture over the top and swizzle. Add chocolate chips, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
