Meat Loaf
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Topping Sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Combine everything except the ground beef in a large bowl and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes until the bread crumbs have softened. Mix in the beef and pour into a 8×4 bread pan. In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients and spread evenly over the meat loaf. Bake at 350 F for 1 – 1 1/4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
