Cheeseburger Soup

• 6 cups broth
• 5 potatoes, diced
• 4 carrots, diced
• 3 celery stalks, diced
• 2 pounds ground beef, or meat of choice
• 1 onion, diced

Optional Toppings

• Cheese, shredded
• Parsley
• Heavy Cream

Method

 

1. In a large pot, thoroughly cook the meat and onions. Add the vegetables and cook until al dente. Add broth and bring to a boil. Serve with toppings.
