Cabbage and Ground Beef Pasta

A quick and easy weeknight dinner with only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 12 ounce package pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef with the onions in a large pot. Add salt and pepper to taste (approximately 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper). While the meat is browning, bring water to a boil in a separate pot and cook pasta according to the directions. Do not overcook. One the beef is done, add in chopped cabbage and cook to your liking. Strain the noodles and add to cabbage and beef mixture. Serve and enjoy!
