Cream Cheese Brownies

A delicious fudgy brownie swirled with cheese cake and topped with chocolate chips!
Cook Time 35 minutes

Ingredients
  

Brownies
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/t tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method
 

Brownie Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In a small pan, melt butter, sugar and chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool ten minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs. Slowly pour chocolate mixture into eggs.
  4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
Cream Cheese Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Final Touches
  1. Grease a 9x9 glass pan and pour in brownie mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture over the top and swizzle. Add chocolate chips, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
