
Chocolate Icebox Cake
A decadent, yet simple two-ingredient, classic icebox cake made from delicate chocolate wafers and rich whipping cream.
Ingredients
Method
- In mixer, blend whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Smear about one tablespoon of whipping cream between each cookie, stacking them on their sides, making three rows.
- Spread remaining whipping cream over the tops and sides. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
- Refrigerate at least four hours. Slice diagonally and serve cold. Enjoy!
